CAREERS AT SELF REFLECTIONS
where thoughtful practice, shared values
and growth come together
At Self Reflections, psychology is grounded in careful listening and genuine understanding. We recognise that people arrive with complex experiences, and therapy provides the opportunity to explore these at a pace that feels steady and supportive. Through this process, you can begin to make sense of the thoughts,
emotions, and patterns that shape your life.
At Self Reflections, we approach our work with care, depth, and intention.
Our team is made up of clinicians who value reflective practice, meaningful connection,
and ongoing growth, both personally and professionally.
We recognise that the work you do is important, and that the environment you do it in matters.
Here, you are supported to develop your clinical thinking, build confidence in your approach, and find your own way of working within a collaborative and respectful team.
Whether you are early in your career or bringing years of experience, we offer a space that
honours both your development and your individuality as a clinician.
We are intentional in how we practise and how we work together as a team. Our approach values depth over speed, reflection over reactivity, and creating space for meaningful, considered work with clients.
Clinicians are supported to develop their own way of working, while remaining grounded in evidence-based practice and ethical care. We recognise that strong clinical work is not only shaped by knowledge, but by the environment in which it is held.
As a multidisciplinary practice, we value collaboration and shared learning. You are encouraged to bring curiosity into your work, to reflect, ask questions, and continue developing your clinical thinking over time.
We also understand the importance of sustainability in this field. Our approach supports a pace of work that allows you to remain present, engaged, and connected to both your clients and your own professional growth.
At Self Reflections, our work is grounded in thoughtful, relational care and the way we support our clinicians reflects this.
OUR APPROACH
meaningful work is built in spaces where
reflection, care, and growth are valued

who is this for?
This may be a good fit for clinicians who are intentional about how they work, and who they are becoming in their practice.
Whether you are early in your career or bringing years of experience, you may feel aligned with this space if you value thoughtful, relational work and a slower, more considered pace of practice.
We are drawn to clinicians who are curious about their work, those who reflect, ask questions, and are open to ongoing learning and development over time.
You might value working in a way that prioritises depth over volume, connection over efficiency, and long-term, meaningful outcomes for the people you support.
At Self Reflections, we are less focused on a single way of working, and more interested in supporting you to develop your own voice as a clinician, within a team that is collaborative, respectful, and grounded in shared values.

You are likely someone who values depth in your work, taking the time to understand each person’s experience, and approaching therapy with care, curiosity, and respect.

-
are eligible (or working towards eligibility) for Medicare provider registration
-
demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and strong interpersonal skills
-
are able to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
-
bring openness to supervision, reflection, and continued growth
Experience working with a range of presentations, including more complex or nuanced work, is welcomed, though not essential.
Above all, we seek clinicians who are aligned with our values of care, integrity, and thoughtful practice.
